  1. General provisions
  • In the Pleciona.pl store we have a wide range of fishing lures and fishing equipment for all types of fishing: land, sea, spinning, catfish, float and ice fishing. We offer you everything you need!

In our warehouse we have a wide range of rods, fishing lures, reels, accessories and fishing electronics from all the major fishing equipment manufacturers, such as: Dragon, Shimano, Mikado, Robinson, Konger, Okuma, Rapala, Mistrall, Traper, Manns, Lowrance, Humminbird. In our store we have special sections dedicated to specific aspects of fishing such as: spinning fishing, float fishing, ground fishing, catfish fishing, ice fishing. So, if you are, for example, a spinning angler, you can enter the spinning fishing department where you will find the best rods, reels, spinning baits and the remaining range of the largest fishing equipment manufacturers in Europe and in the world.

As one of the few we also sell shoes and fishing clothes. We have products from the companies, which are hardly accessible in Poland such as: Scierra, DAM, Ron Thompson, Savage Gear or Imax. We also produce the clothes, which you can purchase in our stores, ourselves.

1.2. The online store operating at: www.fishingdreamworld.co.uk as part of business activity under the name: Pleciona.pl partnership, address: Kresowa 3A, 04-206 Warsaw, NIP: 113-286-30-98, Regon: 146547308, email info @ Pleciona.pl, tel. +48 733 27 27 27, entered into the Central Register of Economic Activity kept by the Minister of Economy (www.firma.gov.pl).

1.3. These Regulations specify the rules for placing orders and concluding and terminating sales contracts for products offered at the online store www.fishingdreamworld.co.uk hereinafter referred to as: www.fishingdreamworld.co.uk - Online fishing store, as well as the rules for performing these contracts, rights and obligations www.fishingdreamworld.co.uk store and the Customer, as well as the rules of complaint procedure and personal data protection.

1.4. Customers can access at any time get free these Regulations on the website www.fishingdreamworld.co.uk or make a printout.

1.5. Agreements concluded via the online store www.fishingdreamworld.co.uk are concluded in Polish.

1.6. All announcements, advertisements, price lists and other information posted on www.fishingdreamworld.co.uk do not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code, but an invitation to conclude a contract (Article 71 of the Civil Code).

1.7. www.fishingdreamworld.co.uk declares that it provides products free from defects. In the event of finding any defect in the product, the buyer has the right to make a complaint referred to in paragraph 5 of these Regulations.

1.8. We respond to emails on a regular basis, but there are random situations that we do not always have influence on. DON'T STRESS, contact us by phone and we will definitely reach a consensus.

1.9. The online store www.fishingdreamworld.co.uk is not responsible for the inability to process the order for reasons beyond its control. If it is not possible to complete the order, the employee of the Online Store www.fishingdreamworld.co.uk will immediately inform the Customer.

  1. Contract conclusion / contract execution

2.1. The fishing shop www.fishingdreamworld.co.uk accepts orders via the website at www.fishingdreamworld.co.uk

2.2. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

2.3. Placing an order should be understood as choosing the type and number of products available at www.fishingdreamworld.co.uk, clicking the add to cart icon, filling out the order form, choosing the payment and delivery method, and then approving the order and payment.

2.4. Part of the procedure for each order is to read these Regulations and accept them, which the Customer confirms by checking the appropriate box during registration in the store www.fishingdreamworld.co.uk. Lack of acceptance of these Regulations during the user registration procedure prevents the use of the option of purchasing goods via the online store www.fishingdreamworld.co.uk.

2.5. The person placing the order is obliged to fill in the data required in the order form available on the www.fishingdreamworld.co.uk website in full and in accordance with the facts, and in particular to provide his name and address. Providing incomplete, false or incorrect data may make it difficult or even impossible to process the order. Please enter a valid phone number, which will facilitate contact in case of any problems with the order.

2.6. After placing a correctly completed order, the customer will receive a response from the online store’s www.fishingdreamworld.co.uk worker confirming the acceptance of the order. The buyer agrees to confirm the order via email. At this time, in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code, a sales contract is concluded, which binds both parties.

2.7. The content of the contract is the order confirmed by the worker of www.fishingdreamworld.co.uk and these Regulations.

2.8. The delivery time is from 24 hours to 14 business days from the date of the order.

  1. Prices and payment methods

3.1. The prices of products presented on the website of the www.fishingdreamworld.co.uk store are gross prices (i.e. they contain components such as customs duties and taxes, including VAT) and are expressed in Polish zlotys.

3.2. The prices of goods on the website do not include delivery costs. The cost of delivery depends on the delivery method chosen during the order placement and is visible before the order finalization.

3.3. The total cost of the order, including the price of the product and the cost of delivery, is visible at the summary of the order.

3.4. The binding and final price is the product price given on the website www.fishingdreamworld.co.uk at the time of order placement by the Customer.

3.5. Payment for the ordered goods can be made in the forms available during the execution of the order before its finalization, the forms of payment may depend on the chosen method of delivery.

3.6. If you are paying by bank transfer, please do not send payment for the ordered equipment until it is confirmed. In the title of the transfer, please enter only the order number.

3.7. Payments for ordered products should be made by the Buyer within 7 calendar days of placing the order or informing www.fishingdreamworld.co.uk about another payment date. After 7 days without a contact from the Buyer, the order will be canceled.

3.8. Receipts or VAT invoices are issued for all ordered goods in the www.fishingdreamworld.co.uk online store.

  1. Delivery

4.1. The ordered products are delivered in Poland after the payment is credited to the account, via the courier company Siódemka or Poczta Polska, according to the Customer's choice when placing the order.

4.2. The ordered goods are delivered - depending on the Customer's choice - directly to the Customer's address indicated in the order form or collected in person at the company's headquarters at: Pleciona.pl, ul. Kresowa 3A, 04-206 Warsaw.

4.3. If an order is placed for several products, the cost of delivery is calculated for one product, depending on the chosen form of delivery, in accordance with the regulations of Poczta Polska and the courier company Siódemka. Shipments of non-standard sizes and weight may be an exception. The buyer will be notified of this situation by www.fishingdreamworld.co.uk by e-mail or phone and the individual shipping cost of the order will be calculated.

4.4. When receiving the package, the Customer should, if possible, check the package and the product in the presence of the supplier for any damage. It is advisable that in the event of damage to the parcel or goods, the Customer refuses to collect the parcel, if possible, and confirms the condition of the parcel in the presence of the courier, which will significantly facilitate the settlement of claims.

4.5. For security reasons, we send rods only by courier, in a rigid paper tube.

4.6. The delivery time is 24 hours to 14 days from the day the order was placed by the customer. Orders placed and paid up to 12:00, are carried out the same day. This applies to products with the information "Shipping in: 24 hours".

4.7. The store www.fishingdreamworld.co.uk also carries out shipments of orders abroad. The cost of such shipment is determined individually, depending on the size of the package and the place of delivery, and ranges from 1 to 14 days from the day the order is placed by the customer.

4.8. Parcels are sent only on business days. On public holidays, i.e. Saturday, Sunday and holidays, we do not send orders. If you want to collect it on Saturday, please contact us in advance.

4.9. The store www.fishingdreamworld.co.uk asks for information about the secure delivery of the package on the day of receiving, it will be a signal for us that the order has been completed.

4.10 Delivery costs:

  1. Consumer complaints / Warranty

5.1. Consumers can submit complaints about products purchased at www.fishingdreamworld.co.uk in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827, as amended).

Complaints should be submitted via e-mail (info@pleciona.pl) or in writing to the following address: Pleciona.pl, Kresowa 3A, 04-206 Warsaw.

5.2. www.fishingdreamworld.co.uk is liable to the Customer who is a consumer if the consumer’s article at the time of its release was inconsistent with the contract. However, www.fishingdreamworld.co.uk is not responsible for the non-compliance of consumer goods with the contract, when the buyer at the time of concluding the contract knew or, judging reasonably, should have known.

5.3. In the event of non-compliance of the goods with the contract, the Customer may request that the goods be brought into conformity with the contract by free repair or replacement with a new one. However, if repair or replacement is impossible or requires excessive costs, or if the seller fails to comply with such a request in a timely manner or if the repair or replacement would expose the buyer to significant inconvenience, he has the right to demand an appropriate price reduction or withdraw from the contract; he cannot withdraw from the contract if the incompatibility of the consumer good with the contract is incompatible.

5.4. The complaint should contain the Customer's data provided at registration, order number, information on the type of defects found, the Customer's request and confirmation of the purchase of the product subject to compliant in the store www.fishingdreamworld.co.uk.

5.5. The claimed product should be delivered to the following address: Pleciona.pl, Kresowa 3A, 04-206 Warsaw, or in person to the registered office of the company referred to in point 4.2. Regulations.

5.6. The store www.fishingdreamworld.co.uk will respond to customer complaints within 14 days.

If the Customer's complaint is accepted, www.fishingdreamworld.co.uk will repair or replace the advertised product for a full-fledged one or if the replacement is not possible, it will lower its price or return the Customer the amount due for the product subject to compliant immediately, not later than within 14 days from the date of consideration of the complaint.

5.7. In the case of a complaint submitted by an entity that is not a consumer, the provisions of the Civil Code, in particular on warranty for defects, shall apply.

5.8. The warranty is granted by the Manufacturer, for the time and principles specified in the warranty card.

5.9. Disabling complaints

If during the purchase the customer is informed about the defect of the goods, there is no possibility of complaint. Goods that are on sale due to a defect cannot generally be returned.

 

  1. Exchange

6.1. The customer has the right to exchange the purchased product for any other product from the offer of www.fishingdreamworld.co.uk available at the same price, if a request for exchange is submitted no later than within 14 days from the date of delivery / delivery of the goods.

6.2. In order to make an exchange, please inform www.fishingdreamworld.co.uk about your intention to make an exchange by email (info@pleciona.pl), and then send the goods back (at your expense) to Pleciona.pl, Kresowa 3A, 04-206 Warsaw or deliver in person to the personal collection point referred to in point 4.2. Regulations.

6.3. When making an exchange, provide customer details provided during registration, order number, types of products to be exchanged and provide confirmation of purchasing the exchanged product in the store www.fishingdreamworld.co.uk.

6.4. Exchange of goods is possible if the purchased goods are returned in the same condition in which they were delivered to the Customer, suitable for further sale, i.e. in the original packaging, without damage or signs of use, and with the product return the instructions for use received, proof of purchase, warranty, etc.

6.5. The above provisions regarding the exchange of goods do not in any way limit the rights of the Customer who is a consumer to withdraw from the contract referred to in the remainder of the Regulations.

 

  1. Withdrawal from the contract / return of the goods

7.1. According to the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827, as amended), a purchaser who has concluded a distance contract through the online store www.fishingdreamworld.co.uk, may withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days, without giving a reason and without incurring costs, except for the costs indicated below. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send a statement (e.g. Annex 2 to the Act on consumer rights) via e-mail (info@pleciona.pl) or in writing to the following address: Pleciona.pl, Kresowa 3A, 04-206 Warsaw, before its expiry. The deadline to withdraw from the contract begins for the contract under which www.fishingdreamworld.co.uk issues the Product, being obliged to transfer its ownership - from taking possession of the Product by the consumer or a third party indicated by him other than the carrier, and in the case of a contract, which includes many Products that are delivered separately, in batches or in parts - from taking possession of the last Product, batch or part.

7.2. www.fishingdreamworld.co.uk is obliged to immediately send the buyer on a durable medium confirmation of receipt of a statement of withdrawal from the contract submitted in the manner referred to above.

In the event of withdrawal from a distance contract, the contract is considered void. The parties are obliged to return mutual benefits on time and in the manner described below. If the consumer made a statement of withdrawal from the contract before www.fishingdreamworld.co.uk accepted his offer, the offer ceases to be binding.

7.3. www.fishingdreamworld.co.uk is obliged to immediately, not later than within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving buyer's statement of withdrawal from the contract, return to the buyer all payments made by him, including the costs of delivery of the Product (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the chosen by the Customer delivery method other than the cheapest ordinary delivery method available in the Online Store www.fishingdreamworld.co.uk).

If www.fishingdreamworld.co.uk has not offered to collect the Product from the buyer itself, it may withhold reimbursement of payments received from the buyer until the Product is received back or the buyer provides proof of sending it back, depending on which event occurs first.

The buyer is obliged to immediately, not later than within 14 calendar days from the day on which he withdrawn from the contract, return the Product to www.fishingdreamworld.co.uk or hand it over to a person authorized by www.fishingdreamworld.co.uk to receive, unless www.pleciona. pl offered to collect the Product himself. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to return the Product before its expiry.

If the buyer has made any prepayments, they shall be subject to statutory interest from the date of prepayment.

7.4. www.fishingdreamworld.co.uk makes a refund using the same method of payment that the buyer used, unless the consumer has expressly agreed to a different method of return which does not incur any costs for him.

Returns should be made to the address: Pleciona.pl, Kresowa 3A, 04-206 Warsaw, or personally to the registered office of the company referred to in point 4.2. Regulations.

Returns sent on delivery will not be received from the courier.

7.5. www.fishingdreamworld.co.uk is obliged to immediately, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the buyer's statement of withdrawal from the contract, return to the buyer all payments made by him, including the costs of delivery of the Product.

If the buyer has chosen a method of delivery of the Product other than the cheapest regular delivery method available in the online store www.fishingdreamworld.co.uk, the Seller is not obliged to refund the additional costs incurred by the buyer.

The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the Product, unless the store www.fishingdreamworld.co.uk has agreed to pay them.

The consumer also bears the cost of returning the products if, due to their nature, these products cannot be returned by ordinary mail.

In the case of a Product which is a service, the performance of which - at the express request of the buyer - began before the deadline to withdraw from the contract, the buyer who exercises the right to withdraw from the contract after making such a request is obliged to pay for the services fulfilled until the withdrawal from the contract. The amount of the payment is calculated in proportion to the scope of the service rendered, taking into account the price or remuneration agreed in the contract. If the price or remuneration is excessive, the basis for calculating this amount is the market value of the service provided.

7.6. The Buyer is responsible for a decrease in the value of the Product as a result of using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Product.

Returned goods should be unchanged, unless a change was necessary in the ordinary course of business. In particular, the Customer should return the goods in the condition in which they were released (subject to the exception provided for in the preceding sentence), and with the product return all received additions, freebies, instructions for use, proof of purchase, warranty, etc.

7.7. The buyer is obliged to properly secure the returned goods to prevent any damage in transit. Rods are best sent back in the packaging in which they were delivered to the Buyer (rigid paper tubes).

7.8. The right to withdraw from a distance contract is not entitled to the consumer in the cases provided for in art. 38 above Acts, and in particular in accordance to contracts:

  1. for providing the services, if the Seller has fully performed the service with the express consent of the consumer, who was informed before the start of the service that after the performance of the service by the Seller he will lose the right to withdraw from the contract;
  2. in which the price or remuneration depends on fluctuations in the financial market over which the Seller has no control, and which may occur before the deadline to withdraw from the contract;
  3. in which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated product, manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or serving to satisfy his individual needs;
  4. in which the subject of the service is a Product that deteriorates quickly or has a short shelf life;
  5. in which the subject of the service is the Product delivered in a sealed package, which after opening the package cannot be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging was opened after delivery;
  6. in which the subject of the service are Products that after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparably connected with other items;
  7. in which the subject of the service are alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed at the conclusion of the Sales Agreement, and whose delivery may take place only after 30 days and whose value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the Seller has no control;
  8. in which the consumer expressly demanded the Seller to visit him for urgent repair or maintenance; if the Seller provides additional services other than those demanded by the consumer or provides Products other than spare parts necessary for the performance of repair or maintenance, the right of withdrawal is entitled to the consumer in respect of additional services or Products;
  9. in which the subject of the service are sound or visual recordings or computer programs delivered in a sealed package, if the package was opened after delivery;
  10. delivering newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts;
  11. concluded by means of a public auction;
  12. providing accommodation services other than for residential purposes, the carriage of goods, car rental, gastronomy, leisure services, entertainment, sports or cultural events, if the contract indicates the day or period of service provision;
  13. providing digital content that is not saved on a tangible medium, if the performance of the service began with the express consent of the consumer before the deadline to withdraw from the contract and after informing him by the Seller about the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract.

 

  1. Personal data protection

8.1. The store www.fishingdreamworld.co.uk declares to protect the personal data of its customers in accordance with the Act of August 29, 1997. on the protection of personal data (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926).

8.2. Providing personal data by the customer is voluntary, however, the lack of consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes of placing and completing the order prevents placing orders in the online store www.fishingdreamworld.co.uk

8.3. The Customer confirms consent to the processing of personal data by selecting the appropriate option during the registration procedure in the store www.fishingdreamworld.co.uk

8.4. Personal data provided by the Customer are collected, processed and used only for the purpose of processing and settling orders, and - if the Customer agrees in the manner specified in the previous point - to inform about products, promotions, discounts and giveaways offered by www.fishingdreamworld.co.uk.

8.5. The buyer may at any resign from receiving commercial information from www.fishingdreamworld.co.uk by sending his resignation to info@pleciona.pl

8.6. The administrator of clients' personal data is Pleciona.pl partnership, Kresowa 3A, 04-206 Warsaw, NIP: 113-286-30-98, with the registered office at: Pleciona.pl, Kresowa 3A, 04-206 Warsaw.

8.7. Customers have the right to request supplementing, updating, rectifying personal data, temporary or permanent suspension of their processing or deletion.

8.8. The company www.fishingdreamworld.co.uk cares about the security of personal data provided by the Customer and puts a great effort to ensure that these data are particularly protected and secured against access by unauthorized people.

 

  1. Functionality of digital content

9.1. Digital content offered by www.fishingdreamworld.co.uk, in particular the DVD movie "Mamuski z Hedesuny" can be played on DVD players or PCs, laptops with the Windows XP, 7, 8 operating system, equipped with a DVD drive and software for watching DVD movies.

9.2. About the DVD movie "Miles from Hedesund":

  1. Discount coupons
  1. The discount coupon is meant for singular use.
  2. The validity period of the discount coupon is equal to the duration of the promotion and cannot be extended.
  3. In order to use the discount coupon, you must register in the store www.fishingdreamworld.co.uk.
  4. The discount coupon cannot be exchanged for cash.
  5. The discount coupon can be redeemed for the entire period of its validity.
  6. Complaints about products purchased using a discount coupon are subject to the same procedures as complaints about products purchased without using a discount coupon.
  7. To get a discount, each customer with a discount coupon must enter an individual promotional code, sent by email.
  8. The discount coupon does not include purchases through Allegro and cannot be combined with other promotions.
  9. The discount coupon is not a way of payment, but only the granting of a discount subject to the above conditions of these Regulations.
  10. Using the discount coupon means accepting of these regulations.

 

  1. Final provisions

11.1. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and the provisions of special acts, including the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827, as amended), the Act of 29 August 1997 shall apply on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 133, item 926, as amended) and the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204) .

11.2. These regulations may be amended, in particular if it is necessary to adapt it to the changes in the provisions of generally applicable law. The amendment to the regulations becomes effective on the date indicated by www.fishingdreamworld.co.uk, not less than 14 days from the moment the new Regulations are available on the website http://pleciona.pl/pl/i/Regulamin-sklepu. The amendment to the Regulations does not affect the rights acquired by customers. Orders placed by customers are carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations in force on the day they were made.

11.3. In the event of a dispute, the client has the right to contact the Consumer Ombudsman, the Court of Arbitration or common courts.

These Regulations apply from December 25, 2014.

Information on exercising the right of withdrawal

The right to withdraw from the contract

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

You can use the model withdrawal form (Annex 2 to the Act on consumer rights), but it is not obligatory.

To meet the deadline to withdraw from the contract, you only need to send information regarding the exercise of your right to withdraw from the contract before the deadline of doing so.

Effects of withdrawal from the contract

In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will refund you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for additional costs arising from your chosen delivery method other than the cheapest usual delivery method offered by us), immediately, and in any case not later than 14 days from the day on which we were informed about your decision to exercise the right to withdraw from this contract. The refund of payments will be made using the same payment methods that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case you will not incur any fees in connection with this refund. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the item or until we receive proof of sending it back, whichever occurs first.

Please send or give us the item to the address: Pleciona.pl, ul. Kresowa 3A, 04-206 Warsaw, immediately, and in any case not later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us about withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the item before the 14-day deadline.
