The rods in the Shimano Curado series are ideally suited to the preferences of European zander and perch anglers and have been designed using our best blank manufacturing technologies. The domain of the new Curado series is first and foremost sensitivity. Thanks to the use of a lightweight, responsive blank made withHi-Power X technology in the construction of the rod, their accuracy has also increased, and the power reserve along the entire length of the blank has been raised. The patented Hi-Power X technology uses an external carbon cross braid running the entire length of the rod, which stiffens it and increases its resistance to overload. In addition, thanks to its use, rods are less prone to "twisting" sideways during the haul, working consistently along the line of reinforcement. This is extremely important not only for durability reasons, but also for greater control of the fish during the haul - a blank working along the line of the reinforcement is characterised by greater precision, and the power put into it is better transmitted to the fish. The Shimano Curado rods are available in spinning and baitcasting versions, allowing fishing in combination with both a traditional reel and a multiplier. They are all armed with high-quality Fuji anti-tangle guides and a lightweight reel/multiplier handle made of Ci4+ carbon, which is unprecedented in this class of rods. It makes the rods much lighter and at the same time more sensitive, as the handle used is very stiff and transmits vibrations very well. When such lightweight and stiff components are combined with a high-end blank of sufficiently low weight and fast tip action, the result is unparalleled performance, so appreciated by modern spinning anglers who prefer technical ways of catching predators.
